Privacy Policy
guestLens is still in development. This policy is a working draft and will be finalised before the app is released.
Overview
guestLens is designed with privacy in mind. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service and never sell your data.
Data We Collect
guestLens may collect and store the following on your device and/or in your iCloud account:
- Guest names and contact information you enter manually
- Event details you create within the app
- Photos you and your guests contribute to an event
- App preferences and settings
Data Storage
All data is stored locally on your device or synced via iCloud if you have iCloud enabled. We do not operate our own servers that store your personal event data.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law. Photos and event content you contribute are shared only within the event you join.
Your Rights
You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app from your device. If you use iCloud sync, you can also delete the associated iCloud data from your device's Settings.
Children's Privacy
guestLens is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
